One A lot of people have no problem with marijuana, and if that you then maybe this site is not for you, but if you are like the vast majority of daily smokers you have trouble quitting weed. The most common reason for people to want to quit marijuana is they feel that it is holding them back in life and stopping them from achieving their true potential or happiness.
The whole attitude you may portray in life the 'I don't give a shit' attitude is actually just a front, and most likely actually caused by the use of marijuana in the first place. The truth is you do care. The end result is you end up with a life you don't care about and when you finally wake up to reality and decide to quit marijuana or weed, it comes down on you like a ton of bricks and causes depression and all sorts of problems.
So you have maybe experienced this before, and it makes you want to quit weed but find it hard. Insomnia is oftern another reason people go back to smoking weed. But the thing is if you are smoking weed every evening to help you get to sleep, then you are obviously not going to be able to sleep easily at first when you quit or dont have weed. Bad mood, short temper and other things like that are also common to feel when you are going to stop smoking weed. Also there's a mental fog that have when you are stoned, but when your stoned you don't care but the reality is when you quit that haze stays with you for long time, you wont be stoned or feel the buzz but getting that fog to lift form your brain really does take a few days or even weeks to feel normal again and get your reaction time and alertness back to how it should be.
Another thing you should try to find a new hobby or interest to replace marijuana, but what ever you do, don't think you can replace it with alcohol or any other drugs or you are going to dig yourself into an even deeper hole.
One other thing you will NEED to do but won't like doing at first is.... changing your circle of friends. You need to be around people who do NOT smoke weed. The reason for this is simple. If you hang around with Fat guys all day, you will become fat.... if you hang around with anti social thugs all day you will become an anti social thug, and if you hang around with weed smokers all day.... well you get the idea.
